Elea Green Tech Summit

Elea Data Centers is the main Brazilian platform for sustainable, high-performance digital infrastructure, with nine data centers strategically distributed across the country. With a busy calendar of its own events to foster the sector, the brand held the Elea Green Tech Summit in São Paulo, a luxury event for which we were invited to produce the aftermovie with express delivery.

The central challenge of this project was the extremely short deadline. The event ended at 6 p.m. on a weekday and the video had to be delivered for approval by 10 p.m. the same day, to be posted the following morning. To make the delivery possible, our shooting team uploaded the content directly from the event venue in São Paulo, while our post-production team, on duty at the Costa Blanca Films office, edited the media in real time.

The result was a 1-minute vertical video focused on elegant images that reflected the essence of the event, with no interviews and guided by a soundtrack selected in advance with the client. The content was delivered within the record deadline and approved first time, with no changes, meeting the agility required by Elea’s communication strategy.
